This cozy 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom holiday home in Narooma is the perfect spot for a family getaway. Set on a large block of land, there's plenty of room for the kids to run around or for you to just enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

Inside, the house is spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room to relax after a busy day. The two bathrooms make it easy for everyone to freshen up, and the open living areas are great for gathering together. Please note, one bathroom has external access.

The home is only a short drive from Narooma’s town center, where you can find local cafes, restaurants, and shops to grab a bite to eat or pick up anything you need.

Narooma's Beach isn't far away, perfect for a swim, a walk along the shore, or just kicking back and enjoying the view.

If you're up for an adventure, take a boat trip to Montague Island and get up close to seals, penguins, and plenty of birdlife.

The area is also known for its great fishing spots, so whether you're a pro or just having a go, you’ll enjoy the fresh catch.

If you're into exploring, there are hiking and biking trails that offer stunning views of the coast and the surrounding nature.

This home is the perfect base to relax or get out and explore everything Narooma has to offer.

Note: Arrival Time for Peak & High Seasons (December, January, Easter) is 4:00 pm.  All other seasons have a 2:00 pm check in.

Peak: Dec & Jan School Holidays (7 Night Minimum), Easter (4 Night Minimum).

High: Dec, Jan, School Holidays, Long Weekends(3 Night Minimum).

Mid: Feb, Mar, Apr, July School Holidays, Sept, Oct, Nov.

Low: May, Jun, Jul, Aug.
