We had a great time, the villa was lovely very light and spacious. Had everything we needed for our stay and was immaculately clean and tidy. Rebecca and Julian were lovely hosts very helpful and accommodating and went the extra mile during the threat of the Cyclone . The villa is near to the beach, shops and restaurants. Bus stop nearby and train station easily reachable.Would definitely stay here again.

I'm sorry to see a rating of 8 and no other comment regarding the qualitu of the home and we work hard to ensure a very comfortable stay. All personal feedback from the guests was that they were enjoying the space. I offered to give tutorials on how to use public transport in the area and was more than willing to assist. Own transport is best if wanting to travel along the coast. Public transport to the beach and to the city is very easy and close by. For greater travel anywhere in Western Australia, own transport is ideal.

We stayed here for 3 weeks whilst visiting our sons and grandchildren nearby. The villa was ideally situated in a quiet neighborhood, only a short stroll into Scarborough and easy to explore all that Perth has to offer.. Rebecca and Julian were on hand if we needed them but respectful of our privacy. The villa itself was very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. We would highly recommend a stay here.

Fantastic property

We visited Perth for a sports tournament. Our accommodation was very clean and everything - plus more - was provided. Rebecca went the extra mile to make sure that our daughter's - who is in a wheelchair - needs were catered for. This is not a fully accessible accommodation, but it suited our needs as we are still able to lift our daughter in and out of her chair. We were close to the beach and shops and parking was easy. I highly recommend for any length of stay. Hopefully we can go back one day.

Absolute gem in Scarborough

Cannot speak highly enough of our stay at Rebecca's place. A great setup in a fantastic location that was perfect for our needs (four of us including two teenage boys). So quiet, peaceful and tranquil but only a short distance to beaches, shops, food (great cafe nearby) and nightlife. The house was very clean, really well stocked and had everything we could need as well as some lovely thoughtful extras provided by Rebecca, whose communication both online and in person was fantastic. We made great use of the lovely outdoor space. It is abundantly clear that Rebecca has put a lot of thought into what makes you feel at home because it felt like our place the minute we walked in. Would have stayed longer if we could and would absolutely stay again next time we're in Perth. We had a great experience and would recommend unreservedly. Thank you very much Rebecca.

Wir haben im Zusammenhang mit einer Sportveranstaltung dort 8 Tage verbracht und es hätte besser nicht sein können. Von der Kommunikation mit Rebecca im Vorfeld und dem Empfang, einschließlich des Einkaufs für uns, damit wir trotz des späten Eintreffens nächsten Morgen uns selbst ein Frühstück machen können, war alles top. Danke Rebecca!Wir hatten zwar kein Auto aber zwei Bushaltestellen in der Nähe und ggf. Taxi und Uber haben vollkommen ausgereicht. Zum Strand (ca. 700 m) und zum Einkaufen (ca. 1,3 km) wurde eben gelaufen. Für einen entspannten Aufenthalt abseits der Großstadt Perth, in Strandnähe (großartige Strände) und ruhiger Lage mit einer sehr guten Wohngegend ist das Ferienhaus in jedem Fall zu empfehlen!
