We have 2 smart TV that will allow you to connect to your Netflix, Prime Video and Disney + accounts. Please note that we do not provide cable channels.

You will have access to a free parking space in an indoor, underground lot, located just a 4-minute walk from the residence. During your stay, you can enter and exit freely using the badge that will be provided to you.

Motorcycles are not allowed in this parking lot.

*ROOFTOP BBQ*
Winter and summer, you will be able to use the BBQs during your stay.

*ROOFTOP POOL*
The building has a heated rooftop pool that our guests have access to during their stay. The pool is closed during the colder months of the year, generally from mid-October to June. Dates may vary, and this isn't something we can control. Contact us if you have questions on this subject to get the latest updates we have.

- The swimming pool is reserved for residents of the building. People who are not included in your reservation are not allowed on site. There are no lifeguards on site. Please always keep an eye on your children.

*CHECK IN*
We have an autonomous check in system, you can arrive from 4 p.m. If you wish to arrive earlier than 4 p.m., please message me 24 hours before your arrival for an early check-in request. It will be our pleasure to accept your request for free if the cleaning schedule allows it. Additional informations to access the appartment will be sent to you 24 hours before your arrival.

*CHECK OUT*
We ask that you leave the appartment before 11 a.m. on the day of your departure to allow our cleaning team to prepare the premises for the next guests. The procedure for check-out will be more detailed in your guest manual, which will be sent to you 48 hours after the confirmation of your reservation.

*AROUND THE BUILDING*
North of the building is a modern shelter that supports people experiencing homelessness. A short walk away, across the street from the shelter, is the YMCA, frequented by both local families and its members.

The neighborhood is safe, and Quebec City ranks among the safest cities on the continent. Young families, tourists, local residents, and workers are regularly seen walking and moving about.

To the north, St. Joseph Street is worth exploring for its charming boutiques and delicious local restaurants.
