*PETS*
All pets, including dogs and cats, are not accepted.

*NOISES*
To respect our neighbors, parties are strictly prohibited, and we ask that guests keep music and voices at a reasonable level, especially in the evenings.

*OUTDOOR FIREPLACE / LOGS*
There is an outdoor wood-burning firepit available. Guests must bring their own firewood, kindling, and a lighter. Wood can be purchased nearby—details will be provided in the Guest Manual.

The outdoor firepit is not plowed from November to April. If you wish to use it during the winter, you are responsible for clearing access.

*SPA*
The spa is available year-round. Guests must bring their own towels for spa use.

*CHARGING STATION*
Convenient charging station on-site for electric vehicles. Please note that Tesla owners should bring their own adapter to ensure compatibility.

*CHALET RULES*
