⚠ External Toilet – The external toilet has a minor stain due to the home’s age

⚠ Air Conditioning – Available only in the living room (ceiling / pedestal fans provided in all other rooms)

⚠ Maintenance – Should any issues arise, we are just 7 minutes away and will address concerns promptly

🚫 Noise Restriction – Please keep noise levels down after 9 PM

👟 Shoes – Kindly remove shoes at the entrance or place them on the provided shoe rack

💰 Security Deposit – AUD$350 deposit is required before check-in





🔄 Booking Changes & Cancellation Policy

🛑 Strict Cancellation & Change Policy

✔ Cancellation:

• Please refer to the Cancellation Policy section of the listing.

✔ No modifications are allowed within 7 days of check-in.

✔ Rebooking Fees:

• More than 30 days before check-in – No service fees

• 14–30 days before check-in – A$50 service fee

• 7–14 days before check-in – A$100 service fee

• Within 7 days of check-in – No changes allowed

✔ Extending your stay? No rebooking fee if your check-out date is extended.

✔ Rebooking Conditions:

• Subject to availability and a new daily rate (if seasonal demand has raised the rate).

• Must be within 90 days of the original check-in date.

• Guest ID verification may be required before check-in.
