Welcome to our lovely 1910 villa, where you can enjoy the breathtaking scenery of the Takitimu Mountains and Riverton Estuary from every angle. This charming farm-style house is set on over 3,500sqm of land, with lush gardens and a sunny wrap around deck for you to relax and unwind. You`ll love the spacious and cozy interior, featuring 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a large log burner to keep you warm in winter. Each bedroom has its own living space, so you can have some privacy and comfort.



Our villa is perfect for families, as we provide a high chair and a portable cot free of charge (please bring your own cot bedding). You`ll have access to the whole house - and the outdoor deck - which is fully furnished for your convenience. Whether you`re looking for a romantic getaway, a family vacation, or a group retreat, our villa will make you feel at home.



Please note that we do not provide bedding for the sofa beds, so please bring your own sleeping bags or sheets, blankets and towels. This is our holiday home, which we visit often, so you may find some of our personal items and food in the house. We hope you`ll respect our belongings and treat our villa as your own.
