Booking Details:
• Summer Season (Mid-June – Mid-August): Weekly bookings only (Friday–Friday), 1-week minimum stay
• Base Rate: Includes up to 35 guests
• Additional Guests: $25 per person, per night
• Property Damage Insurance: $50 per night
• Required Fees: Base rate, sales tax, cleaning fee, property damage insurance, VRBO booking fees
• Optional Add-ons: Pontoon boat and water bikes are available for rent as an optional add-on — message us after booking for details. Additionally, we have an event fee and a required security deposit for weddings and similar events.
