The open plan kitchen /dining allows you to prepare a evening meal, or perhaps relax and enjoy TV, or a good book with a freshly brewed coffee.

The large sofa allows you to really relax and enjoy our smart 42 inch smart TV.
Open the ranch slider door and enjoy a nice evening with a glass of bubbles.
We supply basic cooking supplies salt, pepper and oil.
The washer dryer combo is located on ground floor.
We do supply washing powder.

High pressure shower to revive those weary bones after a full day of sight seeing.
Upmarket vanity unit with a large mirror making it easy to see.
Toilet is situated in the bathroom.

I do not live on premises.
I am available between the hours of 8am to 6 pm.

To ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for all guests and our neighbours, please follow these house rules:

1. Noise: Please keep outdoor noise to a minimum between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.

2. Parties & Gatherings: Parties and unauthorised gatherings are strictly prohibited. Any unauthorized gathering may result in immediate cancellation of your stay without a refund.

3. ⁠Smoking & Recreational Drugs: Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited. The use of recreational drugs is also prohibited on the property. Any additional cleaning or damage caused by smoking will incur a $200 fee.

4. Check-out: Check-out is by 10:00 am. Late check-out must be requested at least 24 hours in advance and is subject to availability.

5. Cleaning: Please leave the property in a reasonable condition. Any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.

6. Damage, Spills & Stains: Please report any damage, spills or stains as soon as possible. Additional charges may apply for cleaning, repair or replacement.
