All bedrooms have black-out blinds for a restful sleep. A family bathroom is upstairs and an extra toilet downstairs for convenience. Step outside to enjoy the generous courtyard, complete with outdoor furniture and a private BBQ, perfect for alfresco dining. We have received an important notice regarding garbage and recycling management at the complex and kindly request that the property listing be updated to reflect the following guidelines for guests:



All cardboard and recycling items must be flattened/squashed before being placed in the recycling bins to maximise capacity.

Guests are requested not to overfill the red or yellow bins.

If the garbage or recycling bins are full, guests must take their rubbish or recycling to the alternative bins located near the beach.

Proper use of shared waste facilities is required to avoid overflow and inconvenience to other residents.
