The perfect home base for hikers, mountain bikers, and nature lovers, this home features a sun-splashed patio, floor-to-ceiling windows, and commanding views toward Snow Canyon, Red Mountain, and the West Mountains.

This gated community sits adjacent to the (private) Entrada at Snow Canyon Country Club, offering an ideal base camp for guests looking to hike, hit the bike trails, and explore the wonders of Southern Utah. Snow Canyon State Park is two miles north, where you can hike Johnson Canyon, Jenny's Trail, Scout Cave, and the Hidden Pinyon Red Sands, or explore Whiptail and West Canyon by bike. Take in a performance at the famous Tuacahn Center For the Arts three miles north, visit the Kayenta Art Village five miles west, or plan an unforgettable day in Zion National Park only 52 miles east. If you're looking to dine out, a number of great restaurants are within a six-mile drive.

This home shares its property with two other guesthouses that can be rented separately; the entire property can be rented as the three-bedroom Red Rock Wonder.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Room with a view

Traveling to St. George is always fun and finding a beautiful rental unit can be a bit of a gamble, but in this case the gamble with a sure bet. After locating the property (Maps will send you to the wrong location) we were pleasantly surprised at the spaciousness of the unit and the beautiful view. The home is set up very well with all you need to make your stay comfortable. There is a SONOS system that is so fantastic! We could pump music in every room to fill the home with the mood of the day. Music sets the mood so music is important to out mindset for adventure. Caution: make sure the "guest suit" is turned off...oops we woke up the neighbor not realizing they had a speaker in their unit as well. No harm we turned off their speaker. hahah my bad :) The kitchen, bathroom and the entire house was better than expected. Therefore, I have to say that if your planning a trip to St. George and you only need a one room unit this is a fantastic option. If you need more than one you I guess the guest suite can be rented at the same time to add capacity. We love sitting on the porch and watching the sunset on the red rocks behind the property. Yes, the view is delightful.

Plush 1 bedroom

The location and property are really nice. The walls are not very well insulated and you can hear others through them. The only flaw for me was wanting the master closet to have a chair or bench to sit on while changing.

Wonderful home

A new home with all the latest, fantastic kitchen, nice patio with furniture, ample living room, space with three sofas, well appointed bathroom and bedroom. Thank you Vacasa and home owner!

Nice Condo, Nice Location

We stayed for a week and enjoyed the space. It was clean and well stocked. Apricated the comfort without the clutter that you find in VRBOs that are also second homes. Only complaint was noise coming from adjoining units. Master bedroom wall is shared with the adjoining suite. During quite times you can hear muffled voices and movements. A white noise machine would probably solve the problem.

Peaceful Treasure

From the moment we arrive we knew we made a good choice. We were so grateful for the quiet atmosphere and the beautiful views from every window. Easy access to town and all the parks for recreation. Great place to return to at the end of the day to just sit back and relax.

The good, and not so good

This is a new, nicely finished luxury unit within a upper end, gated golf community. No negative comments on the unit itself. The problem is that it is the middle unit of a 3-unit building, with a lock-off on one side and a separate unit on the other side, but with a common party wall. When either of the side units is occupied the noise transmission into this unit is simply unacceptable. For example, the master bedroom shares a common wall with the bedroom of the adjacent unit. We went to bed one evening, while at the same time a women was talking on the phone in the adjacent bedroom. Not loudly - just a normal phone chat. But we could literally hear every word perfectly clearly. The owner of this unit needs to invest in sound insulation between the units or he'll be getting a lot of mixed reviews.
