Welcome to Bellbrae, a peaceful area located at the beginning of The Great Ocean Road.
Our newly built self-contained stylish guesthouse features two bedrooms and shares the grounds with a large family home. It is surrounded by gum trees and beautiful native bushland, providing a tranquil escape for guests. The guesthouse is conveniently located just a short drive from Torquay, its beaches, and the famous Bells Beach Surf Reserve.
Welcome to our lovely guesthouse studio!

You'll love the separate and private outdoor area, complete with a large open-plan kitchen, living and dining area that opens out onto a patio, BBQ and garden.

The kitchen has modern conveniences, including an induction cooktop, fridge and microwave (please note there is no oven). You'll find two spacious bedrooms and a stunning bathroom, complete with beautiful Mediterranean tilework.

There is a private driveway for the studio seperate to the main house.

Guests have full private use of the self-contained studio.

Please note we take a Pre-Authorization Bond of $500 24hrs before you check-out, this is held in your bank account and not taken out. Once the property is checked for damage or missing items the bond will be release 7 days after check-out.
