Each bedroom features its own private full bath and walk-in closet. An additional half-bath is downstairs.

Relax in the family room on a plush sofa & loveseat to watch television or relax with family. Gather for meals around a full dining table, at the kitchen bar, or on the private patio off of the kitchen.

Park your vehicle in a large two-car garage. Continue your fitness routine with exercise equipment available in the garage.

You’ll find the kitchen furnished with stainless steel appliances and able to handle all of your cooking needs. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the supplies needed for cooking, plus a Nespresso coffee maker.

Each bathroom is stocked with basic toiletry supplies and plenty of towels. If you need to do a load of laundry, a full-size washer & dryer is available in the downstairs laundry room.

Guests will be able to check into the Townhouse with a keypad entrance. (Codes will be provided to you at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.) Hosts are available via phone or text for questions. Outdoor security cameras a located at the front door & garage entrance for added safety.

You will be able to discover all that Tulsa has to offer from this ideally located rental property. Located near the Arkansas River, you will be able to enjoy walking, jogging or biking on miles of riverside trails. Oral Roberts University, Victory Christian Center and River Spirit Casino are all within a 5-minute drive. Within a 15-20 minute drive, you will be able to visit the Philbrook Museum of Art, the BOK Center, Gathering Place Tulsa (the largest privately funded park in the United States), the Performing Arts Center or Utica Square for dining and shopping. Tulsa boasts a plethora of wonderful dining opportunities all across the city – Downtown, Brookside, Cherry Street or on the Riverwalk just to name a few locations. Interested in craft beer? Tulsa has seen a resurgence of breweries in recent history with multiple taprooms within a short 20-minute drive. Family friendly activities include visits to the Gathering Place, the Tulsa Zoo, the Oklahoma Aquarium, Tulsa Drillers baseball games, Tulsa Oilers hockey games, and the Flying Tee .

Tulsa International Airport is located 15 miles (approximately 25 minutes) from the townhouse.
