Very clean home and comfortable beds. It was very hot while we were there and the AC worked great!

Beautiful and modern townhome in historic district. Lots of nice touches and amenities. Super clean and easy to travel from. Host was responsive. Would definitely stay again.

We loved this property. Very clean, as advertised. Beds were very comfortable and loved having a bathroom in each bedroom! Walked to cute coffee shop called Honey Bee. Communication with the property manager was good. Would definitely stay again.

The unit was like home. All the special and thoughtful touches made you feel like you were riding home. It was clean. I had a great time.recommend them highly and would go back again.

This was a great space and location for a gathering of six friends. Loved the bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was a great gathering space. The Church Hill neighborhood is lovely, walkable to St. John’s Church, Edgar Allan Poe Musuem, and Liberty Public House restaurant.

Brand new build, fun spot within a few blocks of a few cute cafes. Easy check in. Playground right across the street. Owners were very responsive when we had a small tent hat needed to be addressed

Better than expected

For some reason, only thought we were getting 3 rooms, but got 4/4!. Everything was clean and very comfortable. Popcorn maker for movies on the big screen was a nice touch. Many places to eat or have a cocktail within walking distance. Very much recommend.

The rental was very clean inside and outside. Outside area was very comfortable. We couldn’t figure out the gas fireplace, but this was not a big deal. Some enjoyed the hot tub.The kitchen had SHARP knives which I have never found in previous rentals, along with enough dishes/ silverware for 6.I always bring my own spices and knives, although this time they were not needed. The game/ tv room was comfortable. Nespresso machine greatly appreciated by the adult children. Having enough suite bathroom was a huge plus as we were there for a family wedding.Nice neighborhood. We felt safe walking day or evening. I was outside late one evening as my husband got lost. A very kind woman driving by stopped to ask if I needed help! Riverbend coffee is a great place to visit. We are frequent visitors when we head to Richmond. So many great choices for eating out in the area as well.I would recommend staying here. Money well spent!

Amazing, beautiful home!

First, I’ll start with location m, which was great. The house was walking distance to several coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants, pizza parlors & ice cream shops. There was even a park near by. The neighborhood was lively, in a good way. We saw some many people walking, exercising, bike riding, walking their dogs. Everyone was friendly and we felt very safe.The house itself was beautiful. Very clean, spacious, and all the amenities you could hope for. TVs in every room, extra air mattresses in the closets, coffee machines, WiFi, and awesome jacuzzi out back that we enjoyed nightly. Upstairs they had some fun games for the kids, like air hockey, pool, & foosball. Plus a huge projection screen with a big comfy couch, perfect for watching a movie together at the end of the night. The A/C was nice and cold and the house was very clean when we arrived. They also had a nice patio out front with 2 chairs, perfect for having your morning coffee or a nightcap. If I had any complaints, and it’s hard for me to even call it a complaint, would be the lack of pool towels for the spa - we just used the shower towels and 1 upstairs bedroom TV was locked with a user code, so you could not access any apps at all on it or watch anything. We brought out own Apple TV and connected it, so it was a non-issue but would have been a bummer for our oldest son who stayed in that room. All in all, I would say it was a 5-star stay and would 100% stay there again and recommend it to friends & family. Extremely satisfied.
