Located in one of the most upscale areas of Vilamoura, within 2.6 km of the beach, and 5 km of Vilamoura Marina, Villa offers accommodation with free WiFi, air conditioning, a outdoor swimming pool (possibly heated) and a lush garden.
The villa is located in an area where you can enjoy activities such as golf, tennis, hiking, beach, excellent Spa including the Hilton hotel to pamper yourself.
Within the villa, you can relax by the swimming pool and, at the end of the day, relax in the hammam. To end your evenings, you will have the opportunity to play billiards, table tennis or table football.

The villa has 5 suites, one with a jacuzzi and three with views of the golf course and swimming pool

A spacious, fully fitted kitchen, a large living room, a dining room opening onto a terrace with a surprising view of the golf course, but also an office with an additional bed, and a spacious entrance hall for welcoming guests.

Three generations of our family stayed at the villa for four weeks and enjoyed the luxury of the villa and its position right on the golf course. The property is well stocked and ideal for larger families to enjoy. Getting out and about is easy with the Uber service getting you in to the marina in about 10 minutes where there is plenty of good restaurants with great food to enjoy. Also the supermarket nearby is well stocked.The host made contact to check everything was in order several times during the holiday also.Would definitely book again.

5 stars doesn’t do our holiday in this wonderful villa justice. The communication was outstanding, with a personal welcome and checkout and we received very quick answers to any questions we had prior to our arrival. The villa was everything we’d hoped for and more and it was perfect for our family holiday with 10 of us. It was immaculately clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The pool was perfect and the villa felt very private. We cannot recommend this villa highly enough and we are very grateful to have found such a wonderful place in a great location.

We booked this villa for a joint 60th birthday treat and we were not disappointed, beautiful villa within a very quiet area. For those who like to prepare their own food for lunches there is everything there you will need and more. Rooms are spacious and very clean, all windows have roller shutters for an extra piece of mind when going out, there is also a safe ( we didn’t use) I’m presuming can be used if requested. For all the sport fanatics if golf is your scene then the course is at the bottom of the garden and on the evenings there is a pool table, table tennis, and a table soccer game to keep your competitive edge going. Taxis are very reasonably priced so a quick 5 minute drive to the supermarket Isn’t a problem. On arriving the owner did explain that they were awaiting new patio furniture (supply issue of some sort ) which were in need of replacing however still usable so the owner is attending to any concerns that arise. Finally the question is would we book this villa again ….. most definitely every member of our party of 7 said they would love to go back so that says it all really.

A large and beautiful family villa over looking the fantastic millenium golf course. Modern, clean and very well eqipped. Location is excellent, quiet and upmarket, just 10 mins to the bustling marina and it's multiple restaurants. Pool was heated as was the lovely jacuzzi. Overall a perfect, relaxing stay with excellent local property management support and direct contact with the owner was possible throughout, which was very much appreciated.

Lovely villa and extremely nice owner. The villa was more like a home than others we have stayed at. Lots of lovely art work around and tasteful decoration. Wouldn’t hesitate staying there again.

Hello Caroline. Yes, indeed. We have 3 out of 6 sofas damaged on the sides by the sun, but they don't pose any comfort issues, except for aesthetics. We ordered new ones, which are taking a long time to arrive due to a manufacturing issue. The ones available aren't the same color. I hope they arrive very soon. Apart from that, I hope you had a good vacation. I understand, based on our exchanges. Good luck. Paolo

Relaxing & convenient for golfers

We had a fantastic time with friends and family during our stay. Perfect for golfers with a great pool and entertainment for non-golfers too. The owner and management were super helpful and attentive. Would definitely go back again.

Wonderful, well maintained property located in an ideal location and well suited for a family group. A big plus is the additional games room with pool table, table tennis and table football. The property enables easy access to the rest of the Algarve.

We stayed for a week with 3 generations of family. The communication with Paolo was excellent, any questions were answered promptly, also the management team were always on hand during our stay to help out with a couple of minor issues which were resolved quickly. The villa itself is really lovely and perfect for groups of family or friends especially as each bedroom has an en-suite. The kitchen was extremely well equipped if you like to cook and the pool is a good size and has a beautiful view over the golf course. The location is very peaceful and felt very safe, we would definitely recommend hiring a car as there are no shops or restaurants within walking distance so otherwise you will be relying on taxis

Holiday in May 2025

We had a fantastic stay! As a family of 10, ranging from 2 year olds to grandparents, the house was absolutely perfect for us. The house and the garden are beautiful, with lovely views of the golf course. The kitchen is fully equipped and the house was generally in a great condition. One massive reassurance was the retractable cover over the swimming pool, especially with kids so little. The owner was incredibly helpful, as well as the management company, we were in great hands! We’ll definitely look to stay again - thanks Paulo!

Fantastic Villa

This really was the most fantastic villa holiday . 3 generations of our family were here together and we all loved the beautiful villa with exceptional facilities which catered for everyone - amazing heated pool , large jacuzzi & wonderful games room, very spacious living / dining areas , such a well equipped kitchen - just a beautiful villa & in a superb location … could not want for anything more. Our host was so attentive and very kind .. made us feel very welcome , and his management company were also so helpful for local support - such a fabulous holiday 😊we will definitely be back !

Fabulous

This is a stunning, luxurious villa in a spectacular location. We had a fabulous week and felt well supported by the host. We were celebrating our Pearl wedding anniversary with our grown kids and their partners. The villa was spacious and comfortably accommodating. The layout was gorgeous. I don’t want to recommend too highly in case it gets booked up and we don’t get to go back but I cannot help it. Wonderful holiday.
