It has a well-appointed bedroom with King bed and walk out deck, a kitchen with all new appliances and fixtures, a utility room with new washer and dryer, a back patio with gas bar-b-q, and a living room tastefully furnished with a front sitting deck. We have recently installed an air conditioning unit in the main bedroom, ideal for those hot summer nights, allowing you to be able to sleep soundly.
