If you are fortunate enough to secure a stay at this property, definitely go for it! We loved everything about it. The house, the yard, the location, the host…our stay could not have gone any better or been more lovely! Thank you Labrador Landing…we’d love to be guests again.

The home was exactly as described and made for a wonderful stay. It was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything we needed during our visit. The location was great, and communication with the host was easy from start to finish. We had a relaxing trip and truly enjoyed our time here. We would absolutely stay again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

This was a perfect property for my wife and myself plus 2 dogs. The back yard has a great fence and nice sitting area. The house has a great layout and is very comfortable. This was our second stay here and definitely recommend.

Jason and his wife and doggies are terrific guests! They always leave the cottage in excellent condition! We are so happy the cottage and backyard meet their expectations for an enjoyable vacation retreat! We are thrilled they have chosen to stay at Labrador Landing on more than one occassion! Enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and welcoming. The beds were comfortable.Even the kitchen had an extra large stock pot for a crab /shrimp boil.

Weekend Stay-Great Time

We had a great time!!!! It's a new home---the house was stocked well (you don't need to really bring much) and the backyard was perfect for dogs. Also the beds were very comfortable. A tall fence so you didn't have to worry about the dogs. The patio was set up very nicely with a fire pit, grill, table and chairs. We loved it!!!

Beautiful home

My friend and her 2 kids (5 and 8) met me and my two dogs for a long weekend in Colonial Beach. This home was perfect for us. The owner was flexible with last minute changes and even sent us information on a fun event happening while we were there. The home is in the perfect location- walking distance to both a playground and the beach. The owner had snacks waiting for us, which the kids devoured. They also had a s’more station so we could build a fire in the fire pit and make s’mores! It was obvious that the owners were very thoughtful in setting up their home and we could not have been happier with our stay. And the dogs, and kids, loved the huge backyard and the toys available in the outdoor storage facility. Thanks again for everything!!

Hi, we are Daisy and Bear, and we just had the best vacation ever! Labrador Landing Cottage was paws-down amazing! The neighborhood was awesome for walks—shady trees, and lots of interesting spots to sniff. We loved lounging on the front porch with its comfy seating after a long walk. Inside was wonderful and there were pictures of friendly dogs everywhere. Made us feel right at home. The windows were just the right height for keeping an eye on the neighborhood squirrels and birds (very important work). Inside there were many seating areas, including a table where our people could play games and puzzles while we curled up underneath. There was a large square table for dinners and plenty of bar seating. The floors were great for a nap after a long walk, and there was plenty of cozy space for our humans to relax (we let them share the couch). Our humans kept saying the house was super comfortable and the beds were great —we just wagged our tails the whole time. The kitchen was so well-provisioned that our humans kept making yummy things (we supervised, of course, just in case anything fell). But the best part? The huge backyard – perfect for zoomies, sniffing and important squirrel patrol. There was a big table with plenty of chairs for the humans, a firepit for cozy nights, and a grill that smelled incredible. We also found a giant box of beach supplies that made my humans very excited. Five out of five tail wags! We’d love to come back and bring our huma

For Daisy and Bear from Augie and Skye! We are sooo excited you enjoyed the cottage as much as we do! We advised our humans on what we needed and what we wanted. We gave paws up on most of what they chose for comfort and made sure they got hoots and howls for the fenced yard! We sure hope you pups will come again soon and bring along your humans!!
