2-room apartment refurbished in 2021, on the first floor of a house, located in Larmor Plage, ideal for 2 people maximum. It offers a perfect setting to relax after a day spent at the beach located 150 meters away. You can get to the city center 600 meters away by walking along the sea.

The accommodation
Sleeping: 2-person bed 140X190 with duvet 220 X 240
Two pillows (60 X 60).

Sheets, towels and linens NOT PROVIDED.
Exit cleaning NOT INCLUDED, to be done yourself (a cleaning fee is possible 40 € to be paid on arrival).

Fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, dishwasher, ceramic hob, fridge, toaster, kettle, filter electric coffee maker and Dolce Gusto espresso

Shower room - toilet: a washing machine is also available in the shower room, as well as a hairdryer.

The apartment has a vacuum cleaner and ironing facilities.

Guests can have lunch on the small terrace equipped with a table and chairs for two.

- Length of stay: the stay begins on the day of arrival: Saturday at 4:00 p.m. and ends on the scheduled day of departure: Saturday at 10:00 a.m.

- Independent apartment, adjoining another apartment (posted on Airbnb), in a private house. The owners are also on site, upstairs. You can have lunch on the terrace overlooking the garden.

- Our animal friends are unfortunately not allowed in the accommodation.
- Parties and parties are not allowed.
- The apartment is non-smoking, if you wish to smoke outside, smokers are asked to use an ashtray.
- Not suitable for children or babies

The apartment will be in a state of maximum cleanliness.
Tenants undertake to maintain the state of cleanliness of the apartment during their stay and to return it as they did on arrival.
However, a cleaning fee of €40 is possible, to be paid on site on arrival.

You can park in the vicinity of the house.

The market is every Sunday morning.
