Having been in the family for 3 generations and relocated from Murwillumbah to Cudgera Creek in the early 80’s, this enchanting home resonates with a deep sense of belonging.

Marvel at postcard-perfect beaches, take in a tweed river cruise, surf swells loved by locals, picnic in the park, or unwind with a coastal stroll – all within a short 5 min drive from Yarrum Downs House.
For little people, discover the Marine Discovery Centre Hastings Point where they can discover, learn and be amazed by the local aquatic environment, or take a paddle and splash at the Pottsville Mooball Estuary where the calm waters will ensure they won’t want to leave!
For bigger kids, choose an adventure with Watersports Guru to try SUP, Uki Mountain Bike Park for some epic berms, diving with turtles, and kayaking Cudgen Creek, or explore along the bike track that winds from Kingscliff to Cabarita Beach. If you want to go bigger and better, head to the 24km Northern Rivers Rail Trail, which is also a local favourite.

Guests can access the entire farmhouse.
Other things to note
Guests are requested to put rubbish in bins located at the bottom of the driveway upon checkout.
Please keep the following in mind when booking:
• Bookings are only accepted from families or mature couples. Schoolies, buck or hens groups are NOT welcomed.
• Accommodation has a strict No Party Policy. Bookings will be cancelled upon breach of these rules with no refund provided.
• Accommodation is non-smoking.
• Basic linen fee is included as part of the rate.
• Beach towels are included.
• No pets allowed.
• No air conditioning, but ceiling fans and pedestal fans are included.
• Stand-alone heaters plus electric blankets are provided.
• Port-a-cot available on request.
• Indoor fireplace is ornamental only.
