Swimming Pool: Use swimming pool at your own risk, no lifeguard on duty,we are not responsible for any accidents that may occur. The pool is not separately gated so for guests with younger kids we require an adult to be outside with them at all times.No glass containers in or around the pool! The heated pool is operational all year,and we reserve right to close the pool depending on weather and maintenance status. Please don't urinate in the pool, the sauna below the pool has full restrooms.
Hot Tub: The hot tub is operational all year,but not guaranteed for all stays. We reserve right to close the pool depending on weather and maintenance status. Please take a shower before entering and no drinks/food in the hot tub. No glass containers in or around the hot tub. If you unreasonably leave the hot tub water in bad condition (beyond normal usage), you will be charged a $150 water change fee.
Sauna Room: Sauna room is operational all year,but not guaranteed for all stays. Please rinse it off after using the sauna.
Tennis court: we reserve to right to close the tennis court depending on weather and maintenance.
Please note:Underfloor heating is only available from November 20th to April 20th. Air conditioning is open from June 1st - August 31st.
The bathtub in the master bedroom can only be soaked and has no massage function,Please do not attempt to open it.
There will be gardeners and maintenance crew on site from time to time working on the general upkeep of the property, you may see them in the garden,It will not impact your trip we just like to let guests know.

Great amenities, true to the photos online. The only concern was the ongoing renovations in the front of the VRBO; however, this was something they clearly mentioned in their listing so I cannot deduct from the rating. They also left us a gift as a result of the renovations, which was definitely not necessary but greatly appreciated!Leo and Lily are very kind people and made our first time in Vancouver an incredible experience.We will definitely visit again!

I recently stayed at this fantastic house in West Vancouver with my friends, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, the warm and inviting atmosphere made us feel right at home. The house was impeccably clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed for a perfect getaway.
The spacious living area was beautifully decorated, providing a comfortable space for us to relax and enjoy each other’s company. We loved the outdoor area, which had stunning views and was perfect.
The location was ideal, with easy access to local attractions, shops, and great dining options. We spent our days exploring the beautiful surroundings and our evenings enjoying the tranquility of the house.
