- The swim spa is serviced every Wednesday by a professional company. They may be present during your stay. Please note the swim spa takes approximately 2-6 hours to reach the desired temperature for guests who have opted for spa heating
- A 6-seater, street-legal, lithium battery golf cart may be available with a $125 fee (shared availability with the nearby listing). Please reach out in advance if you would like to reserve it. A waiver is required prior to use
- There is an optional swim spa heat fee of $35/night (+ fees & taxes, paid pre-trip, applied to entire stay). The swim spa can be heated to 106 degrees, but can also be enjoyed without heating
