ADDITIONAL INFORMATION- This 2-story home requires a half step to enter; the 1st floor includes 1 bedroom and 1 full bathroom- There is an optional pool heat fee of $30/night (+ fees & taxes, paid pre-trip, applied to entire stay; spa heating is included as part of the pool heat fee as they are attached). Please be aware that the pool and spa take 24 hours to heat- If the outdoor temperature drops below 55 degrees, the pool heat pump will automatically shut down for safety until it warms up- The community amenities are available for an additional fee ($35/week + tax for 1-12 guests, and $45/week + tax for 13-16 guests), which can be paid for on-site upon arrival- Your safety matters. This property features 4 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is a doorbell camera facing the exterior entryway, camera 2 is located on the left side of the garage facing the driveway, and cameras 3 and 4 are located on the left and right sides of the house to monitor activity around the exterior side areas. All cameras are outward-facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video (no audio) when activated by motion.
