No Smoking at all on Property.



No Glass in Pool Area.



No Pets. Fine for bringing Pets on premises of any kind is $200.



Don't Jump into Channel - Dangerous Alligators and Snakes.



Pool cleaning company comes on Monday mornings to clean and inspect the Pool.



If you use up a Propane tank please leave out next to the Gas Grill for

cleaners to replace.
