The space
The local railroad which is a large part of the history of our town runs along the bottom side of this 3 acre property. We are not bothered by it but need you to be aware of it. Town is a no whistle zone.
Guest access
The basement is locked and off limits. Otherwise, feel free to explore all the way around yard at your own risk, keeping in mind the hazards posed by the old foundation and crumbling basement on the property near Commercial Street.
Other things to note
Please be aware of safety issues regarding your children and our loft, loft ladder, front porch, and back deck. Climb our trees and explore our property at your own risk. There is an old foundation on the neighboring lot which we also own which could pose safety hazards.
