The property is ready for your arrival: it has been cleaned, and linens (sheets and towels) are included for the duration of your stay. Basic supplies are provided to get you started: shampoo, shower gel, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, trash bags, a sponge, oil, coffee, and tea, as well as dishwasher and laundry detergent pods. The apartment has Wi-Fi access.

Check-in is self-service, and a dedicated concierge will be available during your stay to answer your questions and assist you as needed.

On the ground floor:
• A beautiful, inviting living room with a sofa, armchairs, and a TV, extending into a large, light-filled sunroom overlooking the tree-lined garden, featuring a large wooden table with benches—ideal for cozy meals with family or friends. • An open-concept kitchen connected to the dining area, fully equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, raclette machine, dishwasher, electric kettle, and filter coffee and Dolce Gusto coffee makers. A table with 4 chairs completes the space.
• A comfortable bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200).
• A separate half-bath.

On the first floor:
• A spacious master bedroom with a king-size bed (180 x 200), perfect for a comfortable night’s sleep.
• A second bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200) and a TV.
• A blue bedroom ideal for guests of all ages, equipped with a double bed (140 x 200), bunk beds, and a sofa bed.
• A family bathroom with a double sink, bathtub, and toilet.

Outside, you’ll find a laundry room with a washer and dryer, as well as plenty of outdoor games such as a shuffleboard, a game of Molky, and pétanque balls.

The property features a private, fenced-in garden of 100 m², a barbecue, and a patio with garden furniture where you can enjoy meals outdoors.
Take the opportunity to watch the squirrels playing in the garden while you enjoy breakfast.
Please note that there is no longer a beach umbrella.
