The Gambler is the first full home, with four bedrooms, a kitchen that opens onto the living room so the cook is never cut off from the group, and its own rooftop deck with a hot tub, fire pit, and a mini-golf setup with a putting green over the skyline. A pool table sits under a Johnny Cash mural downstairs for game nights that run late.



Next door, The Retreat mirrors that layout with four more bedrooms, a second full kitchen, and a second rooftop deck with hot tub, lounge seating, and bar-top dining under string lights. Its game room pairs a poker table against guitar-print wallpaper, so two groups booked together through VRBO can each run their own tournament or combine forces for one.



Spend the day at Geodis Park, cook dinner on the rooftop grill, then rideshare into Broadway for the night before everyone regroups at the hot tubs as the skyline lights come on.
