The main bedroom is a peaceful retreat with air-conditioning, ceiling fans, blackout shutters, and a soothing coastal feel. The second bedroom offers two long single beds that can be joined to form a king if preferred, along with a leafy outlook over the private courtyard and beautiful morning light.

Entry is via Minerva Lane, drive to the door to unpack and access the keys through the keybox.
You can park either in the carport opposite the unit or on the grass across the lane, for easy access.
Inside, you’ll find everything you need for a comfortable stay — from fresh linens and towels to a smart TV and fully stocked kitchen essentials.
The property is entirely yours during your visit, ensuring privacy and convenience throughout your stay.

The townhouse is professionally cleaned before each stay, with fresh linens and towels provided.
Check-in is simple and contactless via keybox, and early check-ins or late check-outs may be available upon request (subject to cleaning schedules).
The main bedroom is normally set up as a king bed, but if requested in advance can be converted into two singles if preferred — single sheets are stored in the opposite bedroom. There’s also a sofa bed in the lounge (double size) with linen stored under the seat cushions.
There are fishing rods, golf clubs, kayaks to borrow or make use of the beach shade (cool Cabana), camping chairs and esky for a beach visit.
