Property needs some upgrades. Grill was all rusted out. Mold on bottom of shower curtain. Refrigerator door didn't always want to stay closed. It was cute but needed a little TLC.

Amazing property!!! So cool!! We did get there and had a slight problem, which the owner did respond to, but did not follow-up on. Otherwise, great place to stay!!!

Smart TV in cabin, but no remote to at least get to a menu and be able to stream.

Unfortunately, the remote was misplaced by the previous guest right before your arrival. We ordered a replacement immediately, and it was en route to the cabin, but we are deeply sorry it didn't arrive in time for your stay to let you stream. GREAT location, but we arrived to find our cabin had not been cleaned. Tried to contact our host but no answer & voicemail was full so couldn’t leave a message. Called VRBO & spoke to Leslie. Was asked to wait an hour in order for her to try to contact host & find out why our cabin was not cleaned. Sonya, our contact host did call within 15 minutes & told us someone was on their way to clean our cabin. I told Sonya the ceiling fan had a lot of dust on it & we were worried it would fly everywhere when we turned it on. Also the A/C unit was very dusty. The clean filter light was on. She said she would call the cleaner & let her know. Finally received a text a little over 2 hours past our 3:00 check-in time. Arrived back at our cabin only to find that neither the ceiling fan or A/C unit had not been touched, there was a dirty washcloth in the shower & towels and washcloths on the shelf in the bathroom were questionable. We ended up running into the closest town to purchase towel’s & shower puffs. When we went to bed, the bed in the main cabin area only had the fitted sheet & the comforter-NO top sheet. GROSS!!

Mostly good had a few issues

Obviously Being an adult, we should have gotten a 2 bedroom instead of the studio. I couldn’t’ sleep in the loft, I had to sleep on the couch, and it was not new enough to sleep comfortable. I advise 2 separate rooms for 2 separate people. I was disappointed that the cookware was old, scratched and Teflon. I had to go and buy some for the week. Make sure to bring cookware, although I was told new owners were in the process of revamping and upgrading the kitchen and other stuff like the couch. Otherwise, it was good overall. I tried to cook a small turkey in the oven and fortunately brought my own roasting pan. But the oven is small, and the oven was smoking the whole time because of the lack of ventilation. The shower head was too powerful for the area and sprayed a lot on the floor. There were wasps outside on the porch and we had to spray quite a bit. All in all though, it was a great trip and we had a lot of fun.
