Direct MCG Tram Line: Walk just a few minutes down the road to hop on the No. 48 Tram. It takes you on a seamless, direct route straight through Kew and Richmond, dropping you off right at Stop 11 (Jolimont Station/MCG). You can get from our quiet, leafy doorstep straight to the stadium gates in about 20–25 minutes!





Post-Match Unwind: After a cold or high-stress day cheering at the ground, leave the crowds behind. Head back home to completely reset in your own private wellness sauna or enjoy a peaceful drink in the detached garden studio.



Secure Parking: If you are driving into Melbourne or renting a vehicle from the airport, we provide secure off-street driveway parking so you never have to hunt for a park or worry about city time limits.

Melbourne CBD is 20 mins by car. Approx. 35 mins from Melbourne Airport by taxi or ride-share.



Other Things to Note:

For your comfort, this property is prepared with professional-grade hotel-style linen, including a three-sheet setup, ensuring a fresh and hygienic sleep experience.



Please note that Sauna can't be used when raining. Water can short out electrical components in the sauna heater, control panel, and lighting, potentially leading to safety hazards. Cover must be put back on after use to cover from dew and rain.

- Early Check-in: Our standard check-in is at 3 pm. To guarantee early access to the property we suggest booking the night before if available. Otherwise, early check-in is subject to availability from the night before at an additional cost.

- Late check-out: Our standard check-out is at 10 am. To guarantee a later check-out of the property we suggest booking an additional night if available. Otherwise, a late check-out is subject to availability from the night before to an additional cost.

- Baggage: For security reasons, we are unable to receive or to keep unattended baggage before check-in or after check-out

- We provide a small welcome amenity pack to get your stay started.
