Overall the house was clean and large enough for the 10 of us to stay. Loved the fact you can bring dogs as the surrounding property itself was large. The stay itself was fine. A few things/cons I would mention—yes it’s 2 bathroom but only 1 shower. The master bath had a large tub but no shower making it a bit challenging for 10 people to bath. There were no extra paper towels, trash bags or dishwasher pods— be prepared to buy your own. The checkin/door keypad was a nightmare. We received the code via email (like usual) but when we arrived it didn’t work. After getting a different code things were fine. We followed the instructions on how to lock the keyless entry when leaving. However about 4 days later—same thing happened again. Locked out. Current code which was working was now invalid. Had to call property manager again to get a different code. Not sure if we were doing something wrong but that doesn’t explain the 4 days of working then all of a sudden not. Would be nice to have some sort of backup entry or different keyless entry or more direction on if code doesn’t register initially, must wait X amount of minutes before trying again/etc.
