- Fireworks are strictly prohibited. The property is located within a protected nature preserve, and both the fire department and police station are located just one mile away. Nearby residents may contact local authorities if fireworks are observed
- No vendors are allowed on the property unless approved by the guest contact prior to check-in in
- This 3-story home requires stairs to access, and all bedrooms and full bathrooms are on the upper level
- The pool is open seasonally. It will close on September 16, 2025, and reopen in May 2026
- There is an optional pool heat fee of $150/night (+ fees & taxes, paid pre-trip, applied to entire stay)
- If you are staying at the property for 28 days or more and would like the pool heated each night, please reach out to the Guest Contact to receive a pool heat discount
- Please supervise children 17 and under at the private pool and in the home gym
- There is no fence around the private pool
- This property is located on a nature preserve where wildlife may be present. Please do not leave any food or trash outside
- Your safety matters. This property features 5 exterior security cameras: 1 camera is by the front door facing the driveway, 1 camera is on the side of the home facing the driveway, 1 camera is in the backyard facing the pool and yard, and 2 cameras are by the door that enters into the kitchen facing the side of the property. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras are activated by motion and will record video and sound while guests are in residence
