Please note that Dubai has applicable Tourism Dirham charges for all guests staying in apartments, resorts, and hotels. Any such applicable charges may be collected upon arrival at a rate of 10 AED per night per bedroom (~ 4 USD). Also, since 1 January 2018, all rates are subject to a UAE Government VAT rate of 5%. This rate will be applied as per applicable laws and may be paid upon arrival.

The Neighbourhood
The Emaar Beachfront is one of Dubai’s newest real-estate locations with luxury apartments and amazing views. It is located next to the Dubai Harbour where you can book an evening dinner boat ride or simply just take a relaxing evening walk and watch the amazing sunset this area has to offer.
Whenever you’re ready to head into the city, a 5-minute taxi will take you to neighboring areas such as Dubai Marina and JBR. For an extra 15 minutes to your journey, you could find yourself at Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa, or the trendy DIFC for fine dining experiences Dubai style.
There are many beach clubs located nearby and the famous JBR beach is just a short taxi drive away. There are plenty of RTA taxis in the area and Careem is widely used throughout the Emirate.
