Located just 20 miles from the heart of the French Quarter on Historic Lake Catherine Island, this coastal retreat has it all. Enjoy the coastal breezes while on the elevated sun deck, screen porch, boat dock or private fishing pier. This Lake Home is well appointed with a completely stocked kitchen (4 different coffee makers!) and high-quality linens. We even provide the following: 6 fishing rods and tackle, crab traps, crab nets, ice chests, boiling equipment, canoe with paddles, 12 ft. johnboat, 2 inflatable/rigid stand-up paddleboards (SUP), and life jackets of all sizes. Bring your boat and dock in the private protected canal or book a charter and they can pick you up on the dock. Fish at night under the dock lights and use the wheeled wagon for hauling in your catch and freezing your filets in our dedicated fish freezer prior to your return. This place has it all! If you miss the magnificent sunrise in front, be sure to catch it set on the west side over Lake Pontchartrain. The perfect retreat for family and friends.
