This fully renovated, fully equipped house is mere steps from the beach.

Tucked in amongst an oasis of foliage in the front yard, this two bedroom house boasts all you will need for your stay in Sylvan Lake.

Location! Location! Location! Just across the street is the beach; or, meander down the promenade to fine dining, shopping, day life or night life. Parking on-site means that you can park for your stay and walk everywhere - avoiding the seasonal parking fees.

The house is bright, and set up for your stay. Bring firewood if you want to enjoy the firepit.

Sleeping four adults very comfortably with an additional twin mattress and a crib (pack and play). Option of plenty of floor space and an L shaped sofa, if needed.

Come to enjoy the beach, the day life, the night life; come for the multitude of activities that Sylvan Lake offers - Summer AND Winter.

This home away from home is just steps away from all that Sylvan Lake has to offer, It is only missing one thing. YOU!

Great cozy stay! So convenient located - close to the beach and park. Had everything we needed in the kitchen and all of the details were much appreciated. Alana was super responsive and helpful as well. Love our stay.

Sandy Beach Hideaway is a lovely property right across the street from Sylvan Lakeshore. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the well equipped house. The bed was comfy and the big windows made for wonderful stargazing! Thank you for the great time!

Charming cottage, it is a lovely home away from home. Perfect location, right across the street from the lake, and boardwalk. It has a beautiful front and backyard with mature trees. We enjoyed coffee and tea every morning in the front yard. The beds are very comfortable and the place is decorated beautifully.

We had a lovely time at the Hideaway. The property was exceptionally clean and well looked after. The house was well provisioned and very comfortable. Alana was a great host, accommodating and quick with communications. We would stay again no questions asked. 5 stars.

Great location! Close to all of the recommended restaurants and activities. The kitchen and bathrooms were nice, spacious and bright. The beds were so comfortable. Check in was easy and the front and backyard were so nice and private, the neighbours were a delight to talk to. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area! Thank you to Alana!

Perfect location, right across from the lake but secluded and quiet. The host left a beautiful welcome note and gift which was a lovely touch. The house was clean, very comfortable and well appointed. Everything you need for your stay is there (just bring food and good company!). Lots of great restaurants within walking distance. The perfect stay. I would definitely recommend this place.

Thank you for your review, William. It deeply saddens us to have received our first less than 10/10 review merely because we do not offer cable TV, even though you stated that everything was positive both here on the site as well as in our guest book. Please advise if we have incorrectly advertised that we do offer cable TV. We have never received this request. We do provide a Smart TV with the ability to log into all of your own streaming platforms. Most guests come in the summer to enjoy the beautiful town and its amenities. We will review if further requests are made for this, maybe throughout the winter.

Fantastic property across the street from the lake. Made daily paddling easy and impromptu returns if anything was missed when spending the day at the lake. The house was lovely, comfortable beds with duvets and well appointed kitchen. 10 minute walk to restaurants, rental boats and the Wibit. We are hoping to book again in the future.

The Best 'Girls Weekend Away' Cabin

We had the most wonderful stay at this VRBO! From the moment we arrived, check-in was a breeze, and the communication with the host was excellent. The house itself was perfect for our girls' weekend getaway. The beds were incredibly comfortable (they felt like a high-end hotel), ensuring we all got a great night's rest. We loved spending time on the sunny private front deck, whether sipping coffee in the morning or enjoying a glass of wine in the evening. The backyard fire pit area was the perfect spot to relax and unwind together.The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed, making it easy to cook and enjoy meals together. The main drag is an easy 10 minute walk along the lake. This place was everything we were hoping for and more, and we will definitely be back! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a cozy, relaxing retreat with great amenities.
