Tucked away between Bridgetown and Balingup in the heart of WA's South West (just 20 minutes from each), our secluded farm offers the best of both worlds — peace and space in the heart of nature, with quirky charm, entertainment, and all the essentials right on your doorstep.

Whether you’re hosting a wellness retreat, creative workshop, club getaway, or extended family reunion, Catterick Farm gives your group room to spread out and focus on what matters most.

Our spacious, well-equipped farmhouse features four large bedrooms, plus an extra room with a sofa bed — ideal for kids or additional guests. The master bedroom includes an ensuite, while a second bathroom and separate toilet offer added comfort for larger groups.

There are two generous living areas for relaxing and entertaining — including a main lounge with a cosy wood fire and big-screen TV for winter nights, and a sun-drenched rear sitting room with views over the paddocks for quiet summer afternoons.

Outside, a fully enclosed below-ground pool and BBQ area provide the perfect setting for long, lazy days in the sun. And all around you, a working farm hums quietly with life — offering a genuine taste of country living.

As this is a working cattle farm, we will be occasionally be on site to do farm duties and genreal property maintence. These duties will not interfere with the designated guest area and main residence, which remains for exclusive guest use.
