Each room of the house has been meticulously designed and curated to comfort and delight.



UPSTAIRS BEDROOM
The only room on the second floor of this bungalow property, it offers ultimate privacy with a full bathroom ensuite, king bed and walk-in closet. It also has wonderful views of the city.


DOWNSTAIRS PRIMARY BEDROOM
The downstairs primary bedroom has a private deck and comfy chairs to enjoy your morning coffee on. It also boasts a full ensuite bathroom and a luxurious king-size bed.


BEDROOM #3
This room is bathed in natural light and offers privacy from the rest of the house as well as a comfy king bed.


BEDROOM #4
The 'twin room' has two single beds and is perfect for kids/friends who bunk together beds. All rooms in the house have Smart TV's mounted.


THE POOLHOUSE
This private poolside sanctuary is separate from the main house and has a private bathroom and kitchenette. It is the perfect retreat from the main house and sleeps two people.


KITCHEN
This newly renovated kitchen is an entertainer's paradise!


Complete with a gas stove and top-shelf cookingware, chef knives, SMEG appliances and the latest kitchen gadgets. You name it, we likely got it. You will LOVE preparing beautiful meals for your family in this fully stocked kitchen. Also, feel free to help yourself to fresh herbs from the garden. Our home is your home.


There is also a variety of stunning table settings and decor to choose from to make your family table settings picture-perfect.


OUTDOOR KITCHEN & DINING
Get ready for magical nights of grilling and dining poolside with cozy twinkle lights.

Our outdoor kitchen is a griller's dream and includes a charcoal Kamodo egg, a propane grill and a woodfire pizza oven.

Our outdoor table seats 10 and we have separate sets of tableware and glassware that are safe to use poolside. (please only use this!)

THE BACKYARD
This Yard is fenced and surrounded by lush greenery and mature trees, offering maximum privacy for guests. It also offers the perfect amount of sun/shade. There are lots of spots that get sun all day for those who need vitamin D. There is also ample shade for those who want to curl up on an outdoor daybed under a tree with their favourite book.

Spend your precious vacation days lounging and relaxing with your family in the pool and garden. Everything you need is a few feet away. Let our home take care of you.

LINENS
Okay, we will admit it, we are linen snobs. Prepare to have the best sleeps of your life in beds of custom-ordered, locally-made organic cotton. And yes, you might have guessed it. All of our towels are Turkish.


FAMILY-FRIENDLY
We are parents of young children ourselves, so we LOVE to welcome young families and will include the use of a change station, toys, activities etc. We also have connections to local babysitters if you want a night out!

But please note that the house is not baby-proof. Use the property at your own risk and please watch your children at all times and also report to us and take ownership of any damage they may cause. As parents, we understand accidents happen, but we do expect you to take accountability.

TECHNOLOGY
Wifi is excellent all over the property. There are smart TVs in every room so you can log in to your accounts and watch your favourite shows.

THE POOL AND HOT TUB
There is nothing better than being poolside at home! Beat the heat and have a splash. We have loads of pool toys and games to add to the fun.

Both the pool and hot tub get cleaned and serviced professionally on Saturdays from June 1st-to Sept 1st.

Notes:
You will not be able to use the pool or hot tub for an hour or two after it's been cleaned.
The pool is not heated outside of these months. The hot tub can be used all year.

POOL SAFETY
Please, please, please take every precaution to keep your children safe.

No child should ever be in the pool unsupervised and infants and toddlers should be with an adult at ALL times. We also have a selection of safety vests and floaties for your family to utilize as well.

Be safe AT ALL TIMES and use the pool and hot tub at your own risk.

ART
We are a local Indigenous family and you will find Coast Salish art and influence in all of our art and decor. Some of the art and artefacts displayed are over 200 years old and museum quality. They cannot be replaced, so please look and admire and don't touch.

EXPERIENCE INDIGENOUS CULTURE WHILE YOU ARE HERE
We are happy to make suggestions and introductions to local Indigenous artists and businesses, including private tour companies, to ensure your family has a unique and authentic experience.

We love to host and take great pride in keeping our home immaculate for guests. We look forward to playing an important role in ensuring your family has an unforgettable vacation experience.

Other things to note
We love to host and nurture our guests. Your comfort, privacy and safety are paramount to us.

We pride ourselves on offering an immaculate home experience to our guests. Our regular cleaners know the property intimately and deep-clean weekly in between guests. This is also why check in/check-out times need to be strict to allow our cleaning team the time required to thoroughly clean and sanitize the home.

As stated in the 'house rules' section, respect for our neighbours at all times is essential. We are not interested in hosting any parties or long weekend rentals.

We only accept verified guests for weekly rentals and reserve the right to decline requests if we feel the reservation is not a fit.

We are open to photoshoots and film rentals under the right circumstances.
