The perfect family entertainer, arrive to this house in quiet Jacobs street to beds that are made for you so you can just enjoy everything about this house and it’s surrounds, straight away.

Nothing more to do other than sit outside and enjoy a glass of wine or put the fire on, make a cup of hot chocolate or fire up the pizza oven for a relaxed afternoon.
The front and back yards are both fully enclosed, so no matter where you choose to sit, the kids and the dog will not escape!

This house is really well set up for family groups, couples and pet owners.

Both the front and back yards are fully fenced meaning you can sit on the front deck to watch the sunset while your dog or children are free to run in the front garden.
Please note that we provide bed linen for all beds except the cot and sofa bed. We also provide kitchen tea towels, hand towels, face washers ,bath ( body) towels and bath mat. Please bring your own beach towels.
Pet fee $75 if you bring your dog on holiday with you. Please advise us should you wish to bring your fur child.
Strictly no smoking and no parties. Fines will apply for non compliance.
*Please note: A 50% deposit is required upon booking confirmation, with the remaining balance due 7 days before your stay. Additionally, a pre-check-in form must be completed before arrival, which includes submitting a valid ID, a selfie, and agreeing to our terms and conditions.

There is a Weber BBQ out the back and ample seating at the indoor/outdoor table for up to 8 people.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all you could need for basic cooking needs and entertaining.

In the lounge room there is a smart tv and fast wifi so you can connect to your own Netflix, Stan etc or use the account settings provided for you.

For young families, a high chair is available near the kitchen and a cot in the master bedroom.

Sea-esta is perfectly located between the river and the ocean with the Goolwa shopping centre just a short 1 min drive or 7 min walk.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
