Saltys is a freshly renovated solid brick beachside beauty ideally suited to family groups or couples holiday together. It includes 4 spacious bedrooms and two large living areas plus expansive decking at the front to enjoy the view from.

Just a short walk to the Franklin Parade Yilki shops precinct for your morning coffee or dinner out at one of several eateries, this beautifully styled home is as relaxed as you can get. With floorboards throughout to allow for sand to be easily vacuumed up, this is the family friendly beach escape that will suit all ages. The walk/bike track is right out the front which can take you into Victor Harbor central or perhaps the other direction to The Bluff. The boat ramp is just a one minute drive and Victor Harbor Golf Club which offers meals and a stunning view, is only 5 minutes away too.
The house itself offers 3 bedrooms at the front of the house along with two bathrooms and a spacious open plan kitchen/living area.
At the rear of the home you’ll find another huge living space with pool table, more couches and second tv. The fourth bedroom is also located at the rear. See floor plan for more info.
There is expansive decking at the front for outdoor entertaining along with a bbq.
Free unlimited wifi is included along with bed linen, bathroom towels and tea towels so you can arrive to a home that has the beds made for you and all set for you to unpack the car and start enjoying your holiday.

up to 6 )
Bedroom 4 will be locked if there are fewer than 5 guests staying. If you need four bedrooms with four guests then an additional charge of $40 per night, will be charged.

For security purposes, photo ID will be requested before you stay.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
