Nestle in Boulton - Old Style Cottage in a secluded location

Welcome to your time of rest and relaxation in our cosy cottage ‘’Nestlé in Boulton’’ in the township of Tyers. Set up in an acreage property in the middle of trees on a hill, this house provides peace and tranquillity that will take you away from the hustle and bustle of day to day life. Snuggle up in the cottage style living area with a wooden fireplace to enjoy family time, watch TV, have a quiet drink with your partner or anything that will help you relax or rewind.

The space
Enter into the driveway and you shall experience a world away from daily grind and get cosy in a 3 bedroom house.

House has separate family area with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, dining, 3 bedrooms (2 x Queen beds & 1 x 2 single beds), laundry with washer/dryer combo, separate bathroom & toilet. Heating Options are Wood-fire in the living area, split system in the Kitchen/Dining and individual heaters in each of the bedrooms.

NOTE: Please bring your own towels. We don't provide towels but all other bedding and Lenin is provided (except Flat Sheet).

Get outside during the day to listen to listen/watch the birdlife, visiting wallabies, the resident family of magpies and many more. Enjoy the pergola (Patio gas heater in place) with views of surrounding nature, the lights of Traralgon at night or see kids explore what the place has to offer.

Tyers a small town in the foothills of the Great Dividing Range, less than 15 mins drive from Traralgon, 10 mins from Glengarry or 15 mins to Morwell. You can get most essentials in the petrol station in Tyers, however Glengarry and Traralgon are not far off a drive to access more options.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire property (expect a locked cupboard). There is ample parking on-site as well.

Please note that towels are NOT provided, please bring you own towels. All other bedding, blankets and sheets i.e. fitted sheet, quilt & covers, pillow cases (Except Flat Sheet) are provided.
