Santa Maria features ducted heating & cooling in all four bedrooms. A split system is featured in the living/kitchen area. Ceiling fans are located within each bedroom and the outdoor patio.

Please note that there are 3 steps at the entrance. There are small rises into the bathrooms. The backyard also contains 3 steps.



No pets are permitted at this property.



Please note - Interruption to Natural Gas Supply

Works are scheduled between 1/4/26 - 30/7/2026. On occasion these hours may be varied.

A notification letter from the Macarthur Gas 1 working day before the gas will be interrrupted.

It is expected that the gas supply will be interrupted for approximately 8 hours during the day of the works.
