Amanda was very helpful when Chris could not be reached. The house was spacious and well located. Bathrooms were spacious and provided the basic amenities.

Fans on when we arrived.
Front light on when we arrived.
Clean rooms.
Would be nice to have a phone number or an email address so that if we needed something we could contact them.
Dining room window is unable to be locked - was unlocked when we arrived.
Lounge suite needs replacing - springs stuck into our buttes and neither recliner chair could recline.

The property as shown on the map is not correct and is actually located on a T intersection of the two major highway and as such there is continual heavy vehicle movements 24/7. While there is double glazing on the front two rooms the sound permeates the whole house so is largely ineffectual. The property also shares two exterior walls with a retail outlet that has a nursery. The rear bedroom privacy is compromised by this with black shade cloth covering the window. The blind has to be drawn at all time as people in the nursery can look into the room. The kitchen and living space are also compromised due to the exterior wall sharing with the nursery. Black shade cloth on these windows and plants placed at the wall restrict light access and privacy.There is only one exit (the front door) as all others are locked. One smoke detector at the front house with none in the kitchen area.
