The space
Step inside to discover spacious, airy, and well-lit interiors designed for both comfort and gatherings. The villa houses 3 king-sized bedrooms (1 on the ground floor, 2 on the first floor), each offering restful sleep, ample storage, attached bathrooms, AC, electric kettles, extra pillows, and balconies with garden views.

There are 3 attached bathrooms equipped with geysers, showers, jet sprays, and basic toiletries. (Guests are advised to bring their own towels and personal items.)

The two living rooms—including one with a 55-inch smart TV, Bluetooth speaker, and seating for 10—make it ideal for cozy movie nights or celebrations.

Two open-layout heavy cooking kitchens offer guests full access and include a gas stove, refrigerator, utensils, and BBQ tools.

Health Restrictions: Guests with open wounds, skin infections, or contagious diseases are not permitted in the pool.

Supervision of Children: An adult must supervise children at all times when in or near the pool area.

Alcohol Consumption and Illegal Activities:

Alcohol consumption must comply with the Telangana State Excise Act and Prohibition Act. A valid permit is required.

Age Restriction: The legal drinking age is 21 years. Alcohol consumption by those below this age is strictly prohibited.

Prohibited Activities: The use of illegal drugs, hookah, or gambling is prohibited. Any violations will lead to immediate eviction, with the information shared with local authorities.
