Ideally situated just a short, flat walk from Mangawhai Village, you'll be moments from popular cafs, restaurants, the buzzing Saturday markets, and the iconic Mangawhai Tavern. At the end of the street, enjoy a peaceful stroll along the estuarya beautiful way to begin or end your day. The area is also well-suited for biking, with flat streets and nearby trails to explore.
Designed for comfort in every season, the home is fully double-glazed and insulated, with a heat pump in the main living area to keep you warm and cosy on cooler days. The Smart TV and a selection of books provide entertainment options if the weather isn't so favourable or if you want to chill out after a day at the beach. With the fully fenced outdoor living areas, you can unwind with peace of mind, knowing the little ones are safe and can't wander off.

LINEN OPTIONS: To keep your holiday more affordable, for this property we offer linen as an optional extra for guests who prefer to bring their own. If you choose to bring your own linen, you will need to supply top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, towels and bath mats. Pillows, Duvets and Duvet covers will be provided.
Alternatively, a rental linen package is available for $25 per person. To request this service, please add a note to your booking specifying the number of people requiring linen and which beds you would like prepared.
