The Space:

Set across two levels and designed with group stays in mind, the home offers a well-zoned layout that balances shared spaces with room to retreat.



Downstairs, the main living area centres around a wood-burning fireplace that becomes a natural hub after beach days. A second living area provides a quieter setting for movie nights or downtime, allowing different rhythms within the group. The kitchen is fitted with ample bench space and storage, making shared cooking easy and social, with dining positioned alongside for relaxed breakfasts and unhurried evening meals. This level opens out to a covered BBQ area and open-air space, extending the living experience outdoors for long evenings and shared meals.



Upstairs, a third living area offers another layer of separation, complete with a pool table, kitchenette, and a balcony overlooking tranquil lake surrounds. It’s a flexible retreat suited to game nights, teenagers, or anyone seeking a quieter space away from the main living zones.



Accommodation is spread across five well-considered bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a king bed, walk-in robe, and attached ensuite. A second bedroom also offers a king bed, while two additional bedrooms are fitted with queen beds. The fifth bedroom includes two single beds, making it well-suited to children or younger guests.



Two bathrooms service the home, including the ensuite to the primary bedroom, keeping mornings and evenings running smoothly. A full laundry, secure garage access, and practical extras support longer stays.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire home, including garage, alfresco area, backyard, and all internal living spaces.



The Neighborhood:

Set within a quiet coastal pocket of Quindalup, this location offers an easy rhythm shaped by beach days and open space. The white sands of Quindalup Beach are just a short walk away, ideal for morning swims, long shoreline walks, or cycling along nearby coastal trails. A quick five-minute drive leads to Dunsborough, where cafés, bakeries, casual dining, and foreshore paths create a lively yet relaxed hub. From here, the wider Margaret River region is within easy reach for wineries, breweries, and scenic coastal drives, making it a peaceful base with everyday conveniences close by.

A small supply of firewood is provided during the winter months for your comfort. Additional firewood can be purchased from local fuel stations and hardware stores if required.

Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and will incur an additional fee.



Leavers

Please note: We are currently not hosting Leavers at this time.



Pets

This property is pet-friendly, with a $95 pet fee per stay and a maximum of two pets permitted per stay. All pets must be approved and disclosed prior to arrival. Pets must not be left unattended. Guests must ensure all pet waste is cleaned up; any waste or excessive animal hair left at the property will incur an additional cleaning fee.



We kindly ask all guests to respect the property and surrounding neighbours during their stay.
