The farmhouse includes 2 bedrooms (both located on the first floor) one with a king-sized bed, the other with a queen-sized bed, offering restful sleep, work desks, wardrobes, and tranquil garden views. Each bedroom comes with an attached en-suite bathroom, stocked with dental kits, soap, shampoo, plush towels, and hot showers. The fully equipped open kitchen is perfect for cooking hearty meals with family or friends. From crockery and cutlery to a refrigerator, BBQ utensils, and cooktop—it’s ready for heavy cooking. A spacious living area on the ground floor features a sofa for 10, a 75-inch smart TV, a Bluetooth speaker, AC, and a bar setup-ideal for movie nights or casual lounging.

Swimming Pool and Recreational Areas:
No Diving: To ensure safety, diving is strictly prohibited in the pool.
Shower Before Entry: All guests must shower before entering the pool to maintain hygiene.
Food & Drinks: No food or drinks are allowed in the poolside area.
Health Restrictions: Guests with open wounds, skin infections, or contagious diseases are not permitted in the pool.
Supervision of Children: An adult must supervise children at all times when in or near the pool area.
Alcohol Consumption and Illegal Activities:
Alcohol consumption must comply with the Telangana State Excise Act and Prohibition Act. A valid permit is required.
Age Restriction: The legal drinking age is 21 years. Alcohol consumption by those below this age is strictly prohibited.
Prohibited Activities: The use of illegal drugs, hookah, or gambling is prohibited. Any violations will lead to immediate eviction, with the information shared with local authorities.
