A Bachelor basement with a separate entrance from the indoor garage. Entrance to the garage and the basement will be through a password. There is a king-size bed and a sofa bed , which can be used as a bed if required. wifi Internet and 2 parking spots in the driveway will be provided for the guests.
The sofa is accompanied by a coffee table and a 32-inch Roku TV.

Our bachelor basement suite is located in a semi-detached building with recent renovations. Please be aware that the basement suite has no window and you might encounter typical household sounds like floors creaking, the furnace humming, and the occasional laundry day.
