Guest access:
Guests have exclusive access to the townhouse, yard and carparks. Door codes are sent through on the morning of your arrival.

Getting around:
Upper Hutt Train Station is a five-minute drive, and local bus stops are nearby too. Wellington CBD is around 30 minutes by train or 40 minutes by car, and the airport is roughly 50 minutes out.

The neighbourhood:
Trentham Memorial Park is five minutes away with greenery and trails, and Trentham Racecourse is a three-minute drive. Cafés and restaurants are within 5 to 10 minutes` drive, Upper Hutt Town Centre is nearby for shops and daily needs, and Kaitoke Regional Park is around 20 minutes out for hiking and nature walks.

• Please don`t eat in the bedrooms – the dining table is there for a reason.
• No gatherings inside the house. Zero tolerance for parties and loud music.
• Please don`t tamper with the front door or its fittings, as this may prevent it from unlocking and require someone to come and assist you.

Guests:
• Only registered guests to stay overnight – please let us know in advance if your numbers change. This is important in case of an emergency, and for insurance purposes.

Damage & maintenance:
We understand accidents happen. Please let us know so we can arrange replacement items or repairs before the next check-in.
