Every corner of the house has been renovated with love and taste, preserving the soul of this house while offering you modern comforts. The heart of the house beats in the living room, where laughter and conversation have mingled over the years. An equipped kitchen awaits you to concoct delicious meals, gathering family and friends around a convivial table.<br><br>For starry nights, our house offers three charming bedrooms. The master suite with its private bathroom invites you to immerse yourself in a cocoon of softness while the children's bedroom, with a bunk bed, promises to delight your little adventurers. A last bedroom with a double bed has direct access to one of our terraces, where garden furniture welcomes you. <br><br>An outdoor area designed for your well-being awaits you. On the covered terrace, you can enjoy delicious meals and organize joyful barbecues. The petanque court will be the ideal place to engrave new memories with family or friends.<br> But the real pearl of our house lies in its private access to the river. Swimming and fishing will undoubtedly be on the program. On our vast private land on the banks of the river, a gentle atmosphere reigns under the majestic lime tree that embraces a wooden terrace, where deckchairs and armchairs await you to enjoy an inspiring break in peace, where cicadas cymbal to the melodious rustling of the water and bird songs.
