Welcome to “Shore Beats Work!” This home was completed in June 2020 and is situated on a unique multi-directional lake view lot offering spectacular views from both sides of the home allowing you to enjoy sun/shade all day long with lots of outdoor living. This 3-story, 4 bedroom/3-bathroom home is within walking distance to the 70-slip marina and Lookout Park which features a children’s play area, large open field, pickleball court, outdoor fireplace, community grill, pool & hot tub!

Shore Beats Work has 3 levels and sleeps 13 people comfortably with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The upper-floor master bedroom has a king bed, a huge master closet, an en-suite bathroom and a built-in fireplace with a 60” smart TV and shiplap surround with stunning views of the lake. The bunk room features 4 XL twin bunks plus an XL twin pullout trundle bed. Each bed is equipped with its own lighting and lake views enclosed with a barn door--the kids love this room! The guest bedroom has a king bed, a 60” smart TV, and a shared bathroom in the hallway.

The lower level hosts a 65” smart TV, and lots of space for yoga mats. The TV has a Fire Stick available for you to log into your Peloton account for access to all your workouts. Wall-to-wall carpet makes this a cool comfy room to exercise or just play around in!

The main floor has hardwood floors throughout with a well-stocked kitchen, quartz counter tops, a gas range, and a large counter height island with 6 bar stools. The dining table seats 10 with built-in bench seating and spectacular lake views. A full-size stacked washer and dryer, along with large pantry cabinets give great storage in the adjacent laundry room. Upon entering the living area you will find a 65” smart TV mounted on a shiplap wall, a gas fireplace, and comfortable seating to enjoy the amazing lake views. The nearby media room is enclosed with barn doors and features a 65” smart TV, Xbox, and large sectional sofa with a full-size sleeper bed. The guest bedroom with a king bed and 60” smart TV, and the guest bathroom with tub finish off the spacious main floor.

Enjoy your morning coffee and watch the sunrise on the front deck with lots of comfy outdoor seating, a dining table, bistro lighting, SONOS sound, and heaters all with amazing views of the lake and downtown Chelan. Later in the day, you can move to the back deck to enjoy the sunset with a BBQ, fire pit, bistro lighting, SONOS sound, wine barrel tables, and more amazing lake views.

Shore Beats Work is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay including beach towels, a hot tub, high-speed Wi-Fi, cable TV, pack-and-play, and a mini Keurig.
