5. No Parties or Events
Large gatherings are not permitted. Penalty: $2,000 and immediate cancellation of your stay.

6. Security & Valuables
Always lock windows and doors when leaving. We’re not responsible for lost or stolen items.

7. Appliances & Amenities
Use responsibly. Report any issues—we’ll fix them promptly.

8. Climate Control
Use A/C and heating efficiently to help conserve energy.

9. Cleanliness
