Just one street back from the golden sands of West Beach, this light-filled coastal escape is made for slow, sun-soaked mornings and balmy evenings under the stars. Enjoy a gourmet kitchen, spa bath, two lounge rooms, home office, and BBQ terrace. Sip your coffee on the balcony or watch as the sun sets, and wander to the beach in under two minutes. Close to Henley Square, Harbour Town and Glenelg, you’re perfectly positioned to enjoy Adelaide’s iconic coastline, shopping and dining.
This contemporary two-storey home blends luxury and comfort in a prime beachside location. The open-plan living area is perfect for gathering after a day by the sea. Sink into the reclining leather chairs or the oversized modular sofa, put on a favourite film with Bose-enhanced sound, and let the evening unwind at its own pace. The dining table, large enough for ten, invites long, leisurely meals, while the Miele-equipped kitchen makes cooking a pleasure, from morning espresso to a sunset seafood feast.
Glass doors connect to a covered alfresco with BBQ, bar fridge, sink, ceiling fan, and eight-seater dining. Beyond lies a sunny, private courtyard with outdoor recliners and tropical landscaping. Post-beach, rinse off in the outdoor hot/cold shower.
A second upstairs lounge opens to a balcony where you can watch the sun melt into the horizon. There’s also a home office stocked with a printer, stationery, and art supplies for little ones—because inspiration can strike anywhere.
On the ground floor, the first bedroom offers a plush queen bed and a spa ensuite that feels like a private sanctuary. Upstairs, another queen room enjoys easy access to the family bathroom, while the third bedroom features a queen bed and calming coastal hues. The fourth bedroom is a playful space for children, with a triple bunk bed and a cosy nook for games and reading.
Throughout the home, thoughtful touches await: ducted air conditioning, Wi-Fi, laundry and cleaning facilities, secure garage parking, beach gear, and even board games for staying in.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.
$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.
CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.
LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.
LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
